Christopher Hyland

Chairman of the first Conference on Design during a Presidential transition, has guest edited entire issues of Robb Report Luxury Home and Shelter (now Interiors).  His NBC/LXTV segment, Grey Gardens, was nominated for an Emmy. He founded and is president of Christopher Hyland, Inc. and Hyland Publishing LLC.  He studied in New England and Switzerland, graduated from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and holds honorary doctorates from Kiev Economic University, Savannah College of Art and Design, and the New York School of Interior Design.

is a reporter for the Washington Post blog, On Faith, social commentator and design aficionado. Previously she was a Washington Post correspondent and CBS morning news anchor. She is the author of The Party: A Guide to Adventurous Entertaining and We’re Going To Make You A Star. She is the wife of Benjamin C. Bradley, formerly Editor in Chief of the Washington Post. Sally was an Andy Warhol muse, he executed six portraits of her.

Richard Wendorf

is director of the American Museum in Britain. He was director and librarian of The Boston Athanæum and previously Librarian (Director) of the Houghton Library and Senior Lecturer on the fine arts at Harvard University. He was undergraduate Dean and Professor of English and Art History at Northwestern University. His books include Sir Joshua Reynolds and The Literature of Collecting and Other Essays.

Leonard Barkan

is a University Professor of Comparative Literature at Princeton. He authored Michelangelo: A Life on Paper (Princeton, 2010), which treats the artist’s creative and inner life by considering his constant habit of writing words on his drawings. Among his prize-winning books are The Gods Made Flesh: Metamorphosis and the Pursuit of Paganism (Yale, 1986) and Unearthing the Past: Archaeology and Aesthetics in the Making of Renaissance Culture (Yale, 1999). He has been an actor and director; he writes regularly on the subject of food and wine.

Anthony Haden-Guest

is a writer, reporter and cartoonist who has written for, among other publications, Esquire, GQ, Vanity Fair, Observer Magazine, and Financial Times. His published books include True Colors: The Real Life of the Art World (Grove Atlantic), a book of cartoons, The Chronicles of Now (The Allworth Press), as well as his latest work, In The Mean Time (Freight Volume).

Lisa Borgnes Giramonti

is the creator of the blog “A Bloomsbury Life” in which she shares her passion for living a modern life through an Old World lens and which W Magazine calls “truly inspirational and addictive...we’re obsessed.” Today, her blog is read in over 170 countries and she has been featured in the pages of many magazines, blogs and national newspapers as well as the 2011 Random House book Undecorate by Christiane Lemieux and the 2012 book The Mothers of Reinvention by Jennifer Pate and Barbara Machen. In addition, she has had her own column in W Magazine as a style arbiter.

is a publishing consultant. He was managing director of Readers Digest Italy, Managing Director of Foreign Companies at Rizzoli Corriere della Sera, and President of Epolis Free Press.

Formerly Vice-President and Publisher of Rizzoli International Publications, she has also served as Vice-President and Publisher of HarpersCollins Publishers, Senior Executive Editor and Grosset & Dunlap, Inc. and Vice-President and Publisher at Smithmark Publishers.

is a three time Emmy award winning media entrepreneur and executive, creator of LX.TV, the cable networks mtvU, Palladia and MTV Worldcreated as well as the most watched home design show in America, NBC’s “Open House.” He has held posts at NBC and the program “60 Minutes,” among others, and is currently President of Stone Cottage Media.

Emma Lester

is a Realtor in New York City for Town Residential. Prior to real estate she worked in Human Resources for Goldman Sachs specializing in relocation and spent six years in London. She currently resides in Greenwich Village.
